• Magistrates Court Museum (leased to St Neots Museum)
• Old Mortuary Room, St Neots Cemetery (Town Council storage)
• Old Mortuary Store Room, Eaton Socon (Town Council storage)
• Priory Centre (leased from Huntingdonshire District Council but run and managed by St Neots Town Council)
• South Street Public Toilets (owned and managed by St Neots Town Council)
• Steve Van De Kerkhove Community Centre Building 1 (leased to the St Neots Man Cave)
