Grit Bins
St. Neots Town Council manages several grit bins around the town to help keep public roads and footpaths safe during the winter months. Grit bins across the county are filled at the start of the winter season by Cambridgeshire County Council and are intended for use on public roads and footpaths only.
If you spot a grit bin that is empty or running low, please report it. Reports received through this tool will be assessed within 10 working days. You will need to pinpoint the location of the grit bin on the map and select the problem type ‘Winter maintenance’.
